Payments

Order from us Online using our Secure Ordering System from PayPal. 

Your Credit Card information is placed on the Secure Site and is accessible only to us.

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. Your name, address and any other details will be kept safe and we undertake not to divulge any information regarding our customers to any third party. Only information regarding your order or request for future information will be kept on file.

You receive an Email Receipt at the time you place your Order and an Email Notification at the time your Order is shipped.

Shipping

We ship the larger canvases rolled up in a mail tube, to protect the hand-painted canvas from possible damage if folded.

We will ship your canvas via UPS or USPS

Shipping and Handling Costs are fixed $7 for shipping in New England and $10 for states outside of New England.

Returns

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN USED and is in the original packaging for STORE CREDIT.   Any returns or exchanges must be made within (30) days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept returns of Silk & Ivory thread.
